Police spokesperson Nqobile Gwala said the deceased was found in the river around 6am on Tuesday. The woman’s right leg was amputated.
“The deceased is light in features. She has a heart-shaped tattoo on her left shoulder as well as seven tattoos in the shape of stars on her neck. She was dressed in a dress with black-and-brown stripes and had beads around her hands and legs, ”says Gwala.
