Cyril Ramaphosa is prepared to submit to the ANC’s integrity committee.
This comes amid actions that indicate that a faction in the ANC has their knife in for the president after he said in an internal letter to ANC members last Sunday that the ANC stands as “accused number one” in the dock. as far as corruption is concerned.
In addition, the former president Jacob Zuma said in a scathing letter to Ramaphosa: “Mr President, it has become your hallmark since the 54th National Conference (in 2017 at Nasrec) to divert attention from allegations against you rather than to tackle them and to restore your name in honor. You are currently accused of receiving almost R1 billion in donations of white monopoly capital, just to win an internal ANC battle. ”
He also accuses Ramaphosa of sealing the records of the donations with the help of the High Court in Pretoria so that ordinary ANC members can never know who they are.
