Protesters gathered across the country on Saturday morning against corruption and crime under the banner of the Stop Farm Murder Movement, Move One Million, Shutdown SA, and other movements.
In Cape Town, a large number of protesters marched in the city center, while smaller groups protested elsewhere in the city, such as in the Strand and Mitchells Plain.
In other parts of the country, protesters also drove their cars in a convoy and took part in a “slow ride” protest.

In Port Elizabeth, protesters against farm murders and gender-based violence came together.
Many South Africans abroad have also expressed or gathered their support online, especially in Australia, New Zealand, England, Ireland, Germany and Dubai.
